Please agree the Term and conditions when you order with the RTR version:
1. This RTR version is not factory assembled, it’s hand made by us, please allow some minor flaws for the car, please trust us we will do our best to make it prefect.
2. All the parts we used are brand new, however some may show slight signs of used, that’s because of the testing processd after we assembled.
3. All unused plastic parts will not be included in the shipment.
4. Please allow 2 weeks for us to prepare and assessable the kit.
5. We will send a test running video to you once we complete the assembly and testing.
6. We highly recommend you to purchase the insurance for this (AUD$25 for AUD$600), we will pack very carefully and provide you the tracking number after it’s been sent out, however if anything happens during the transit we will not cover it unless you purchase the insurance.
7. During the transit some of the small parts may fall off from the body, you can fix it by using the super glue.
8. We will paint the body with the available colours we have, if you don’t want us to paint it, please let us know, you will need to assessable the body parts by yourself.
9. If you want to cancel the order while we are building one for you, the 20% of the total amount will be deducted from the refunds.
