We accept PAYPAL only, you have option to pay with VISA , MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS the our secure PayPal gateway. Money orders, cashiers checks, Personal Checks, bank wire transfers, and western union transfers are not accepted.
Please note we only ship to PayPal verified address, orders without PayPal address will be canceled and refunded within 24 hours.
Most orders are shipped via Registered Post or Express post by Australia Post, unless otherwise requested. Orders to PO addresses are shipped by Australia Post. Methods of shipment could be selected from shopping cart and relevant postal charge will be displayed accordingly.

Orders are shipped via International Standard or International Express by Australia Post, we DO NOT ship to PO box. All orders come with Online Tracking No.

*Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your location and distance from the CBD. These do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, customs holds or any other delay outside of our control.
No compensation or postage refund is payable to addressee in case of Delay or confiscation result from customs clearance (Customs clearance will be counted as full day). The Customs will only inform the addressee about the progress of customs clearance.
All order will be supplied a tracking number after the order shipped, please go to https://auspost.com.au/track to track the orders.
Refund policy is not applied at any case including items damaged, lost etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied.
If there is a factory’s defect or damage due to delivery process, we will send you a replacement. Refund policy is not applied in this situation.
You need to contact us first before you return the item.
In any cases, the parcel may return to us with one of the following reasons.
Unclaimed (All Parcel will be returned if they are unclaimed within 14 days upon arrival.)
- Insufficient Address
- Moved, Left No Address
- Returned For Better Address
- No Such Street or Number
- Not Deliverable As Addressed
- Unable to forward
- No Mail Receptacle
- Attempted – Not Known
Disregarding any reasons, we will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. Customer should be responsible for return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned “Unclaimed ” or due to address related problem.
- You can only return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All other returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. This fee covers credit card processing costs and the cost of returning items to inventory.
- The returned items must be received in original condition – package or box unopened and still sealed, if returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
- You can post back the item to the address on your package or contact us for our address.
- You need to cover the postage to send it back to us.
- SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Returned items are processed within 3 working days from us receiving your item/s.
